the electric lift assy is all torn up and is in need of repair, it is a Warner Electric part (it is a 12v motor with a screwjack type lift). and the pn on it is D12-21B5-05JD 3199. John Deere wants over $750 for this part and what I am looking for is a place to purchase it at a reasonable price. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanking You in advance, Chuck
